Kazeem Bello-Osagie is the Chief Executive Officer of Hampton Row Real Estate Limited where he supports the execution of the company’s market dominance strategy focused on affordable luxury housing projects and infrastructure development.

He is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate, brand strategy, logistics and project management. Before coming to lead Hampton Row, Kazeem was founder and chief executive of QUO Courier where he created one of the most admired indigenous logistics brand which transformed courier operations in Nigeria with the introduction of seamless solutions to serve the then emerging e-commerce business space progressively building the framework and standards for today’s distributive logistics companies.

Kazeem sits on the board of several local and international companies and is also a philanthropist committed to poverty alleviation and financial empowerment causes. He is currently Chairman Board of Trustees of Popping Smiles Charity which he actively supports and a member of prominent sports and social clubs.

Jaffar is the Chief Operating Officer at Hampton Row responsible for leading the operational and strategy functions of the business.

He is a seasoned administrator renowned for process improvement and technology integration with over 18 years of multi-sector experience and expertise in structured finance, brand management, retailing and logistics. Prior to joining Hampton Row he had worked in senior management roles with various leading industry brands including InField Sub-Sea, Evans Consoles, First Mutual and most recently MoveMonkey which he has grown within a short period to become the standard bearer in the emerging specialist logistics area of removals.

Jaffar is a graduate of the University of Lagos, alumnus of Harvard Business School and also the Haas School of Business at the University of California where he is a member of the UC Berkeley Haas Executive Education Advisory Panel. He also holds a HP (Hewlett Packard) Accredited Sales Professional certification and has attended several Executive Development Programs in top-rated institutions and is a 2014 awardee of The Nigerian Heritage Award for Creativity.
